Follow Staten Island Expressway to Todt Hill Rd. exit. Make a right turn on Todt Hill Rd. Follow to the end (past cemetery) and make a right on Richmond Rd. At New Dorp Lane make a left turn. Proceed to Tenth St. and make a right. NDBC will be two blocks ahead on your left (corner of Rose & Tenth).
